Sudah ada keputusan pemerintah untuk itu. Reforma Agraria ini salah satu cara memutus mata rantai kemiskinan, dengan memberikan tanah supaya mereka punya kesempatan berusaha,\u201d ujar Menteri ATR\/Kepala BPN, Nusron Wahid, saat berkunjung ke B Universe, di Banten, Kamis (06\/11\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menteri Nusron menjelaskan, dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan dan kesesuaian fungsi tanah, Kementerian ATR\/BPN telah menyiapkan tanah untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Reforma Agraria. \u201cTanahnya kita siapkan. Tapi jangan minta tanah di sekitar tempat tinggal yang memang tidak tersedia. Misalnya, kalau minta tanah di kawasan Monas, tentu tidak ada. Tapi kalau untuk pertanian, di daerah seperti Cianjur Selatan, Garut Selatan, atau Sukabumi Selatan, insyaallah ada,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanah yang diberikan melalui program Reforma Agraria ini nantinya akan berstatus Hak Pakai, bukan Sertipikat Hak Milik (SHM). Hak Pengelolaan (HPL) tanah tersebut tetap atas nama negara.
