{"id":5758,"date":"2025-05-23T09:48:58","date_gmt":"2025-05-23T09:48:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peloporberita.id\/?p=5758"},"modified":"2025-06-12T09:49:31","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T09:49:31","slug":"ikm-bpjn-sulut-triwulan-i-2025-capai-skor-8333-layanan-dinyatakan-baik-oleh-masyarakat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peloporberita.id\/index.php\/2025\/05\/23\/ikm-bpjn-sulut-triwulan-i-2025-capai-skor-8333-layanan-dinyatakan-baik-oleh-masyarakat\/","title":{"rendered":"IKM BPJN Sulut Triwulan I 2025 Capai Skor 83,33: Layanan Dinyatakan &#8220;Baik&#8221; oleh Masyarakat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sulut, PELOPORBERITA.ID \u2014 Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN) Sulawesi Utara meraih hasil membanggakan dalam Survei Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) untuk Triwulan I Tahun 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilaksanakan selama periode Januari hingga Maret 2025, BPJN Sulut memperoleh skor IKM sebesar&nbsp;<strong>83,33<\/strong>&nbsp;dengan kategori nilai&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;B&#8221; (Baik)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Survei ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat pengguna layanan BPJN Sulut, sebagai bentuk evaluasi dan tolok ukur terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum masyarakat menilai pelayanan BPJN Sulut sudah berada dalam kategori memuaskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kepala BPJN Sulawesi Utara, Handiyana, S.T., M.T., M.Sc., menyampaikan apresiasi dan ucapan terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang telah mendukung terselenggaranya survei ini, baik dari internal instansi maupun masyarakat luas sebagai responden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat ini penting sebagai bahan evaluasi kami untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan infrastruktur jalan nasional di Sulawesi Utara.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kami berkomitmen memberikan layanan yang lebih responsif dan transparan,&#8221;&nbsp;ujar Handiyana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IKM sendiri merupakan instrumen penting dalam sistem pelayanan publik nasional yang bertujuan mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas layanan dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan skor 83,33, BPJN Sulut dinyatakan berada pada level &#8220;Baik&#8221;, namun tetap terbuka untuk perbaikan dan inovasi lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan hasil ini, BPJN Sulut semakin termotivasi untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya, khususnya dalam menjaga dan membangun infrastruktur jalan nasional demi menunjang konektivitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Sulawesi Utara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pihak BPJN Sulut juga mengajak masyarakat untuk terus memberikan masukan dan partisipasi aktif dalam pembangunan infrastruktur melalui berbagai kanal pengaduan dan layanan publik yang telah disediakan.
